From Prototype to Production
1. Design Receiving and Review
Once we receive the design file, our design team reviews the design and then accordingly it goes to the engineering team for quote preparation and once approved, the quote goes to the customer for approval
2. Prototype and First-Part Verification
After the customer agrees on the quote, a prototype or first part is prepared as per the design specifications and tolerances. The process of first part verification is done for orders with a certain MOQ that is mutually agreed with the customer.
3. Mass Production
Once the first part is approved by the customer, we start production as per the delivery schedule shared in the quote shared earlier.
4. Quality Inspection & Delivery
Once, the production against the order is completed, the parts are verified for consistency across the order and then the parts are shipped on the agreed payment and delivery terms.
